It only lets you open 1 drawer at a time. l opened a drawer and it wo not
wifey
close. Thus all the other drawers are locked shut. What do l do?

I would open the drawer all the way & remove it. Often there will be some

let it pull out completely, others just require you to lift the drawere

when you get to the stop to get past it. You may want to unload the drawer

before removing it, lots of papers would be quite heavy.
Once the drawer is out, look to see if there is damage to the track,
something hanging over the back of the drawer or something sticking up
from the drawer below it that blocks you from pushing it in all the way.
Depending on how the safety latch works, it may be possible to open the
other drawers after this one is removed.

try clicking the drawer lock lever when closing it
